Dr. Trevor Kerr spent his early childhood in Canada before moving to West Texas. He completed his undergraduate studies at Texas Tech University. He received his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas, Texas. His internal medicine internship was at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. He completed his residency in ophthalmology and fellowship in neuro-ophthalmology, oculoplastic, and orbital surgery at the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas, Texas.
Dr. Trevor Kerr is passionate about medical mission work. In 2014, he moved back to Texas after spending several months working at Good Shepherd Hospital, a rural medical mission hospital in Siteki, Eswatini. He now lives in Stephenville, Texas. His hobbies include triathlons and bagpiping.
